Introductory interview

To solve your recruitment issue, it is important that I get to know your organization well. An introductory meeting is the first step in this.

During this conversation, I will ask you a number of questions that will allow me to paint a complete picture of your situation. I then determine which recruitment solution best fits this and show you, using examples, how we could proceed next.

Of course, you can also provide me with additional information about your situation in advance, and I’ll take that into account when preparing for our conversation.
