My name is Mark Dimmers, owner of Dimmers Recruitment. I have personally spent almost ten years working in recruitment, with a focus on IT & Tech professionals. Today, Dimmers Recruitment has grown to include a specialised sourcing team, which means we also connect Finance professionals.
Through Dimmers Recruitment, I channel my deep passion and genuine interest in people to make an impact on both individuals and organisations. Recruitment was the perfect way to bring those interests together, and after six years I decided to launch Dimmers Recruitment in 2021. Since then, we have expanded the team, carefully selected around our core values.

We specialise in filling hard-to-fill, specialist vacancies, from technical and financial experts through to board level. IT, finance, tech and legal profiles are our core. For other domains, we move quickly through our strong, global network of top recruiters.
