Retention periods
We do not keep your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Candidates’ CV details are kept for a maximum of 180 days, unless you explicitly give permission for a longer period.
Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with third parties when this is necessary to deliver our services (for example, sharing your CV with a potential employer), or when we are legally required to do so. We never share personal data for commercial purposes.
